Arrested on Warrant

On March 22nd, 2020, the accused, a 34 year old Guelph male, was arrested for outstanding warrants and released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of July 21, 2020. Further he was issued a finger print date on July 2nd, 2020, at 10:30am. On July 2nd, 2020, the accused failed to appear for his fingerprint date at the Guelph Police Service. An investigation took place and as a result a warrant was issued for the accused for Fail to appear at courts/fingerprints CC. 145(3).

On July 28th, 2020, at approximately 12:23pm, the accused was located at an address on Carden Street. Subsequently he was arrested on the strength of the warrant and further released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of November 10th, 2020, and a fingerprint date of August 27th, 2020.



On July 29th, 2020, at approximately 1:16am, Police attended to a commercial business located on Willow Road after reports of three males with no shirts attempting to gain access to the building. The males were reported to have been banging and spitting on the windows and one male was said to have brandished a knife. Police were able to identify the involved male parties however the incident in still under investigation at this time.

Requesting Public Assistance- Elderly Male Still Missing

Police are still requesting assistance from the public in locating an elderly male. Heibotllah FAZAEI has been missing since 9:00am on July 27th, 2020. He was last seen on foot near the intersection of Stone Road West and Edinburgh Road South. He is known to frequent trails through University Village Park towards Ironwood Road, Kortright Road and Stone Road Mall. The male is of Iranian descent, thin build, approximately 5’3, 150lbs with short white hair. He was reported to have been wearing a light coloured long sleeve shirt with dress pants and usually carries a red folding bag.
