What to Expect During Your Call

The dispatcher will ask if you need police, fire rescue or ambulance. Remember to stay calm on the phone.

If you ask for police, they will ask you for the location of the emergency and create a call for service. If your emergency is outside of the City of Guelph we will transfer your call to the appropriate police service or ask you for more information.
