MALE IDENTIFIED - Man observed pointing firearm at stranger

UPDATE - The male has been identified. We thank the public for their assistance.

The Guelph Police Service is requesting assistance identifying a male after someone was seen pointing a firearm outside a business Friday night. 

Approximately 9:25 pm, a man was walking in the area of Eramosa Road and Stevenson Street North when he saw a male pointing a firearm in his direction. He left the area and called police. The two are not known to each other.

The subject was last seen in the area of Eramosa Road and Metcalfe Street.
