Breach Of Probation Arrest
From July 3rd to November 19th, 2025, an adult female failed to report to the Guelph Probation and Parole office as directed.
On December 22nd, at 11:49am, police located the female in the downtown core of the City of Guelph, and she was subsequently arrested.
A 26-year-old Guelph female has been charged with Breach Probation.
She will appear in court on January 27th, 2026.
Male Facing Numerous Charges
On August 22nd, 2025, an adult male failed to attend criminal court in the City of Guelph to answer to the charge of Breach Probation.
On November 7th, at 3:15pm, the male entered a store located near the intersection of Paisley Road and Imperial Road South. He selected three bottles of alcohol valued at $177.55, concealed them in his bag and left the store without paying.
On November 23rd, at 12:10pm, the male entered a store located near the intersection of Wellington Street West and Gordon Street. He selected three bottles of alcohol valued at $120.20, concealed them in his backpack and left the store without paying.
On December 22nd, at 10:50am, police located the male inside a residence located near the intersection of Speedvale Avenue East and Woolwich Street. He was subsequently arrested.
A 57-year-old Guelph male has been charged with:
-Fail To Attend Court
-Theft Under $5,000 x2
-Breach Probation x3
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing on December 22nd and subsequently released.
He will appear in court on January 16th, 2026.
Female Arrested For Breaching Probation
On November 13th, 2025, an adult female failed to report to the Guelph Probation and Parole office as directed.
On December 22nd, at 8:55am, police located the female in the downtown core of the City of Guelph, and she was subsequently arrested.
A 38-year-old Guelph female has been charged with Breach Probation.
She will appear in court on February 6th, 2026.
Multiple Driving Complaints & Motor Vehicle Collisions
Over the past 24 hours the Guelph Police Service received reports of four driving complaints and seven motor vehicle collisions occurring throughout the City of Guelph.
The Guelph Police Service would like to encourage the public to slow down, drive according to weather conditions and follow the rules of the road to help ensure everyone arrives to their destination safely.
