Potential additional victims sought in voyeurism investigation

The Guelph Police Service is appealing to potential additional victims and witnesses as part of an ongoing voyeurism and criminal harassment investigation in the city’s south end.

Between August 2025 and July 2026, a man attended several addresses in areas where university students are known to live. Investigators believe he entered unfenced backyards, approached homes and looked through basement or ground-floor bedroom windows to observe people in private settings.

On July 31, Guelph Police Service arrested and charged 24-year-old Bryce Sukhdeo with two counts of voyeurism and two counts of criminal harassment. Due to the timeframe and number of locations involved, investigators believe there may be additional victims.

Anyone who believes they may have been a victim, witnessed suspicious activity or has relevant video footage is asked to contact the investigating officers at 519-824-1212 or gisp-a@guelphpolice.ca. Please reference occurrence number GU26037539.
