Guelph Police Service Hosting Annual Family Fun Day on May 9

The Guelph Police Service is hosting its annual Family Fun Day on Saturday, May 9. The event will be held at Guelph Police Service Headquarters, 15 Wyndham St. S. from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

The free, family-friendly event is held each May in celebration of National Police Week. Residents are invited to come out and connect with members of the Guelph Police Service to learn more about how they work with the community to keep everyone safe.

Participants can enjoy face painting, watch police canine and tactical demonstrations, check out a cruiser and learn more about how police serve the community.

With the ongoing construction on Wyndham St. S., the Guelph Police Service is encouraging people to access the event from Gordon Street. Those planning to attend can also look up where to park on the City of Guelph website or plan their route using Guelph Transit.
