Disciplinary Hearings

Police disciplinary hearings are held under the Community Safety and Policing Act or the former Police Services Act and are public proceedings held accordance with the Statutory Powers and Procedure Act.

The status or results of public complaints can be viewed on the Law Enforcement Complaints Agency or the Ontario Inspectorate of Policing websites.
